Procurement Manager – Power Transmission & Substation Projects

Location: Johor Bahru Malaysia (International Travel Required)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to support major mining, power transmission, and substation EPC projects in Botswana.

The successful candidate will lead procurement activities for transmission lines, substations, and electrical infrastructure, including supplier sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, logistics coordination, and supply chain management.

Required Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of procurement experience.

- Minimum 5 years of transmission line, substation, or power infrastructure procurement experience.

- Proven international EPC project experience.

- Strong knowledge of power equipment and material procurement.

- Experience with international suppliers and logistics.

- Fluent English communication skills.

- Experience in mining or African projects is highly desirable.

- Candidates with experience from major EPC contractors, utilities, or power equipment manufacturers are encouraged to apply.
