Job Overview:

To create program for new incoming parts, perform daily calibration, inspection for confirmation parts and maintain parts and instruments quality.

Responsibilities:

1.    Create program for new incoming confirmation and production parts, re-program for revised dimension in drawing.

2.    Perform inspection for confirmation parts according to working standard, ISO 9001/14001/27001 guidelines and QCP chart.

3.    Perform daily calibration for all measuring instruments.

4.    Report to supervisor for any issues and abnormalities found and monitor corrective action.

5.    Train new operator/ line leader.

6.    Maintain S.K.B. at working area.

7. Other additional duties assigned by superior.

Competencies:

1.    Good eye coordination to do visual inspection

2.    Familiar with measuring instrument (micrometer, caliper, height gauge, block gauge & etc.)

3.    Have knowledge in programming and CMM.

4.    Able to read mechanical drawing.

5.    Familiar with data entry using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

6.    Able to read, write and understand standard information.

7.    Able to work independently under minimum supervision.

8.    Must be able to perform multitasking.

9.    Able to read and understand Bahasa Malaysia/ English.

10.   Able to read and understand basic mechanical drawing is a must

Qualifications:

Possess at least Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or Manufacturing Technology or equivalent.
