Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Full Stack Developer (PHP - Laravel) di Alva Holding Johor - Maukerja

ALVA Group operates a growing multi-outlet retail and service business across Malaysia.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to take ownership of our existing web-based business systems, including appointment booking, sales order management, reporting, and future system integrations.

This role focuses on understanding, improving, and expanding existing PHP/Laravel applications rather than building experimental projects from scratch.

You will work closely with management to improve business processes, automate workflows, integrate third-party systems, and build a scalable foundation for future SaaS products.

• Take over, maintain and enhance existing PHP/Laravel web applications

• Understand and document current system architecture, workflows and database structure

• Improve operational modules such as appointment booking, sales orders, customer management and reporting

• Develop and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations

• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks, bugs and performance issues

• Design and implement new business features based on operational requirements

• Ensure proper version control, documentation and deployment processes

• Assist in planning future SaaS platform development

• 3+ years experience in PHP development

• Strong experience with Laravel Framework

• Experience working with MySQL databases

• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs

• Experience maintaining and enhancing existing production systems

• Familiarity with Git version control

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have

• Experience with Vue.js, React or modern frontend frameworks

• Experience with appointment, booking, POS or ERP systems

• Experience leading projects or mentoring junior developers

• Experience with Docker, Linux servers and cloud deployment
