We are a 15-year-old Fruits and Vegetable wholesale and retail company. We are now rapidly expanding our branches and are looking for a group of young, energetic, motivated and positive people to join our team. Now our branches allocated at Petaling Jaya, KL and Batu Caves.

E-Commerce Executive

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and optimise the company's e-commerce platforms, including website, online stores and mobile apps

2. Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase online sales and brand awareness

3. Analyse website traffic, customer behaviour and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement

4. Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless omni-channel experience

5. Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to enhance the company's digital presence

6. Continuously monitor and optimise the e-commerce platform's performance to drive conversions and customer loyalty

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a related field

2. Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, website optimisation, and digital marketing best practices

3. Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, website analytics tools, and content management systems

4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

5. Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

6. Creativity and a customer-centric mindset to enhance the overall digital experience
