We are a growing property development and construction group committed to delivering quality residential, commercial, and mixed-development projects. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dedicated Accounts Executive to join our team in Kota Kinabalu

Responsibilities

• Handle full set accounts for property development projects.

• Manage daily accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.

• Process supplier invoices, contractor progress claims, and consultant payments.

• Maintain project costing records and monitor development expenditures.

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.

• Assist in audit, tax, SST, and statutory compliance matters.

• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.

• Ensure proper accounting records and documentation are maintained.

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Experience in property development or construction industry will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of project costing and progress billing is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
