The Admin Executive is responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, including payment collection, invoicing, filing and organizing documents, data entry, preparing invoices and receipts, and assisting with customer orders and general office administration to ensure accurate record-keeping and smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant administrative experience, be familiar with basic computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and Word, and be detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently. Candidates with experience in the auto parts industry, store administration, or basic accounting support will have an added advantage.
