We are looking for an experienced Procurement professional to support strategic sourcing and project procurement for Corporate Real Estate (Construction, Renovation & Refurbishment projects).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for construction and refurbishment projects
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers and project deliverables
• Support RFP/RFQ processes, supplier selection, and contract negotiations
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and supply chain partners
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and governance

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of procurement/purchasing experience
• Experience in Manufacturing and Construction/Project Procurement is required
• Strong negotiation, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience using Oracle or other ERP procurement systems

Ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in project procurement, strategic sourcing, contractor/vendor management, and construction-related purchasing

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
