Construction Supervisor

Construction Supervisor Job Responsibilities include:

• Maintains project field administration in a correct and timely manner.
• Orders materials and equipment and takes care of the necessary permits.
• Accomplishes construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Assesses safety and health goals.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting skilledmen.
• Meets general operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews
• Accomplishes construction project results by defining work purpose and scope.
• Implement construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases.
• Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with main-con general order.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.

Construction Supervisor Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to read general construction plans and store elevation drawings
• Capable in demonstrating proposals and projects
• Fair communication skills, both verbal and written
• Organising with strong work attention to detail
• Manage workk schedule with urgent deadlines
• Time management and problem-solving skills

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the construction field
