The role: Facility Manager
Key responsibilities include:
• Assist in overseeing daily facility operations, maintenance, and repairs
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance work
• Monitor building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.) to ensure optimal performance
• Support space planning, layout design, and facility improvement projects using AutoCAD
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and asset inventories
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Assist in budget tracking, cost control, and procurement processes
• Conduct regular facility inspections and identify areas for improvement
• Support emergency response and incident management procedures
• Collaborate with internal departments to address facility-related needs
Job Requirements
• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management or an Engineering-related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities management or building maintenance
• Knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD for space planning, layout design, and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and facility operations
• Good understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Possess valid driving license and own car to travel to project sites.
