Accounts Executive

Basic Wage : RM 3,000 – RM 3,500 per month


Working Hours : Monday to Friday (08.00am until 05.30pm) (1 Day Work-From-Home & 4 Days Work-From-Office)


Business Sector : Manufacturing Movable Walls

Factory Location : PLO 217, Jalan Siber 10, Kawasan Perindustrian Senai,81400 Senai, Johor,Malaysia.


Position Summary:

Responsible for recording data into ERP system, cash flow planning & audit . Assist superior in budgeting, budgetary control and reporting.


Job Descriptions:

  • Processing of Invoices, Debit Notes & Credit Notes from customers & suppliers
  • Processing of Payment to suppliers.
  • Matching supplier Delivery Orders / Invoices (stock item only) and updating Inventory Control (IC)
  • Updating of Cash & Bank Records.
  • Issue purchase order for non-inventory items, ensure open PO is closed on a timely basis
  • Assist in cash flow and working capital management
  • Assist on ad hoc finance functions
  • Assist with liaising with external stakeholders (auditors, bankers & tax agent)
  • Upholding the Company’s standards in environmental protection, workplace safety, and sustainability governance is a core responsibility.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Timely submission of financial reports
  • Works closely with defined guidelines and regulations
  • Maintain the accuracy of financial data
  • Maintain the accuracy of reports
  • All group and local statutory requirements are met

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in accounting, business administration, finance, or related field.
  • Solid 2+ years experiences in performing journey to complex accounting and finance work detail oriented, possess strong foundation of credibility and resilience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good time management skills.
  • Strong industry knowledge, contingency planning skills, and analytical capability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
