Job Requirements

>Minimum Diploma in Office Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
> Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
> Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
> Possess a valid driving license (D/DA)
> Good communication and coordination skills.

Job description

  • Source and obtain quotations from suppliers·
  • Compare pricing and negotiate for the best value·
  • Assisting in creating Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Order.
  • Keying in finalized Quotation and Purchase Order (PO) details into the CRM SQL system.
  • Liaising with engineers and technicians regarding any goods delivery.
  • Follow up on orders and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, quality, and delivery matters
  • Maintain procurement records and documentation
  • Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment
  • Verify invoices and purchase-related documents
  • Assist in supplier evaluation and performance monitoring
  • Support cost-saving initiatives and procurement planning
  • Coordinate with internal departments on purchasing requirements
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month

Work Location: In person
