Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server, Linux Server administration, and private cloud environments. Providing comprehensive operational and technical support to ensure stability and performance.
• Actively participate in global infrastructure deployment initiatives, with a focus on projects across Malaysia and the Asia region.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, implement, and upgrade hardware, servers, operating systems, and network infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of infrastructure assets, including server configurations, device setups, network routing, and system dependencies.
• Drive process improvements by reviewing, refining, and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency across IT functions.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in server and system administration.
• Proven ability to design, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot complex server and system infrastructures.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Linux Server administration, and private cloud environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
