Orangeleaf Consulting, a technology consulting and software development company, is looking for a motivated Low-Code Software Engineer to join its growing team.

This role offers training on the Mendix Low-Code Development Platform, exposure to international projects, and opportunities to grow into consulting and management roles while supporting clients in their digital transformation journey.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Business IT Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• 1–5 years of software development experience
• Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent)
• Experience working in Agile and/or Scrum environments
• Strong interest in Low-Code technologies and willingness to learn the Mendix platform
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• React Native experience is an advantage
• Mendix experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Comfortable working directly with clients
• Willing to travel internationally when required

Responsibilities

• Develop applications using the Mendix Low-Code Development Platform
• Participate in Agile and Scrum activities
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements
• Understand client business processes and recommend improvements
• Collaborate closely with clients and project stakeholders
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Support project implementation activities at client sites
• Participate in overseas assignments and client engagements when required

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
