Job Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality standards, and company SOPs.
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
• Maintain QA, production, and inventory records accurately.
• Prepare daily production reports and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Purchasing departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in production planning, stock monitoring, and document filing.
• Support packing activities when required and ensure products are packed according to company standards.
• Verify product labels, packaging materials, and packing records.
• Assist in audits and other quality assurance activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• SPM and above.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in QA, production, administration, or food manufacturing is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
