RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Date key in for import file (Sales & Purchase)
• Bank reconciliation & Cash Book
• E-invoice (Petty Cash)
• Transport Report
• Check email & Print invoice
• Key in invoiceFiling (Sales & Purchase

REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
