Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Plan production capacity based on customer demand, machine availability, and manpower resources.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet changing priorities and urgent customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Track Work-In-Progress (WIP) and ensure smooth workflow throughout the manufacturing process.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Update and maintain production planning data, work orders, and ERP systems.
• Liaise with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Sales teams to resolve scheduling and delivery issues.
• Analyze production performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
• Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to management on order status and delivery commitments.

Requirements

• SPM / Diploma or higher than above certificate in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in precision machining, metal fabrication, sheet metal, CNC manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
