Customer Service Forwarding (IMPORT)
RM2k - 5k +- (Salary able to negotiate base on experience)
5.5 Working Days
Monday to Friday: 8.30am-5.30pm
Saturday: 8.30am-1.00pm
Basic Rights: Epf, Sosco, MC, AL, Maternity Leave, PH

CS Import Job Description:
1. Prepared and checked documents for import. (Eg: Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Custom Clearance form)
2. Coordinate payment after receive NOA for EDO release and submit K1 form.
3. K1 confirmation and provide debit note.
4. Arrange the truck up & delivery for container, monitor return empty container.
5. Check ETA while request Notice Of Arrival (NOA) invoice with liners.
6. Monitor and coordinate all the processes until arrived at customers or the related destinations.
7. Provide and assist customers with the question and update them the status of the shipment.
8. Coordinate and liase with related department such as agent, custom and others related checking department (MAQIS, FAMA OGA and etc)
9. Others relevant task assign by superior
Requirement:
1. Must have experience in customer service forwarding ( > 1 year).
2. Must have high focus and concentrate when doing tasks.
3. Can work in a team and under pressure.
4. Familiar with the port system and custom system.
