Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Plant Engineering - Maintenance Technician di Kossan Latex Industries (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for operation & maintenance of striping, layering & automation system
2. Responsible for stripping & layering quality
3. To immediately take action for any defect found with product.
4. To ensure adherence to SOP
5. To ensure daily output meet the target
6. To ensure no unplanned machine down time
7. Monitor glove stripping, layering, and production operations.
8. Responsible for daily scrap rate not exceed the setting range.
9. Monitor glove layering condition and coordinate sorting activities when required.
10. Manage spare parts inventory.
11. Involve, coordinate & responsible for equipment servicing/repair jobs.
12. Record production information, events, and corrective actions in the communication book.
13. Prepare monthly stock count reports and perform daily checks on KPCS printer functionality.
14. Conduct GEMBA walk and SHE inspections at stripping, layering, and WIP areas.
15. Monitor attendance and manpower arrangements for operational activities.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or related certification in Electrical Mechnanical/Mechatronics Engineering or any other equivalent
• At least 1 – 2 years’ working experience in related field,
• fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Have basic machine operation skills
• Familiarity with machines and automation system
• Knowledge in process control, products quality, maintenance skill and adequate supervisory skill.
• Possess good communication skill.
• Good communication and leadership qualities
• Must be able to work shift
• Systematic and positive problem-solving approach.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
