Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an experienced Web3 Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable blockchain applications across backend systems, web platforms, and mobile applications.

This role offers the opportunity to work on smart contracts, DeFi protocols, and next-generation blockchain ecosystems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and high-performance solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in blockchain or cryptocurrency development
• Strong Python experience with REST APIs and database systems
• Frontend experience with Angular and HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Flutter mobile development
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS cloud platforms
• Familiarity with Git workflows and Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across teams
• Knowledge of blockchain ecosystems and decentralized applications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop APIs and microservices for scalable backend systems
• Optimize SQL and NoSQL databases for performance and scalability
• Implement authentication and security best practices
• Integrate internal and third-party services
• Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, Move, and related technologies
• Work with Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Solana, Cosmos, Polkadot, and Layer 2 ecosystems
• Integrate DeFi protocols, ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155 standards
• Optimize gas efficiency and blockchain transaction throughput
• Develop responsive web applications using modern frameworks
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver user-friendly applications
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and cross-platform reliability
