Job Description

Sustainability Policy & Regulatory Monitoring

• Stay ahead of emerging ESG regulations and sustainability frameworks across key global markets, including ISSB, HKEX, and FCA, and assess their implications on the organization's reporting and governance obligatios
• Partner with regional stakeholders to track local policy developments and ensure implementation readiness across markets
• Own and continuously improve regulatory horizon-scanning tools and governance documentation, serving as a reliable point of contact for policy-related queries

Sustainability Reporting & Data Analysis

• Support quarterly ESG data validation and reporting cycles across regional markets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of disclosure
• Analyse sustainability data to surface meaningful trends, movements, and variances, translating findings into clear management-level narratives and insights
• Contribute to audit and assurance activities, including walkthroughs, remediation tracking, and documentation, while driving process improvement and stakeholder training initiatives
• Collaborate with technology teams to enhance reporting systems and advance automation capabilities

Finance Data Transformation

• Support sustainability data transformation and reporting enhancement projects, bridging the gap between business requirements and practical reporting solutions
• Participate in testing, change management, and BAU transition activities, working closely with regional stakeholders to strengthen reporting controls, governance, and operational efficiency

Additional Responsibilities

• Respond to ad-hoc sustainability and regulatory reporting requests as needed
• Contribute to broader ESG and sustainability initiatives that make a meaningful impact across the organization

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in Sustainability Reporting, ESG Reporting, Finance Reporting, or a closely related function
• Prior exposure in insurance, banking, or financial services is highly preferred
• Familiarity with sustainability regulations and ESG frameworks is a distinct advantage
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent reporting and problem-solving capabilities
• Clear and confident communicator with proven stakeholder management skills
• Able to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced regional environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint — these are essential tools in this role.
