Job Descriptions :

• Conduct functional assessment to determine required therapy for basic cases.
• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and implement effective treatment programs.
• Evaluate therapy progress and outcomes using selected therapy outcome measures.
• Provide counselling to patients and patients’ families about results of testing and recommended treatment options.
• Establish patient understanding, expectations, and goals for treatment.
• Identify risks of patient, environments, situations and equipment.
• Improve therapy by using new techniques and technologies.
• Recommend preventive and corrective measures for incidents.
• Suggest therapy based on evaluation of patients’ needs.
• Create accurate documentation and reporting for all patient visits.
• Delegate duties to support personnel as appropriate.
• Maintain communication with staff and outside agencies per state guidelines.

Requirements :

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience working with diverse age groups.
• Knowledge of various speech therapy techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and treating various speech and language disorders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to the individual needs and preferences of patients.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Proficient computer skills to document therapy sessions and utilize therapy software.
