Malayan Tech Labs is expanding, and we are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Build relationships with HR Managers, Hiring Managers, and business owners

• Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals

• Arrange and attend client meetings

• Present recruitment and talent acquisition solutions

• Negotiate commercial terms and secure new clients

• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, Staffing, or B2B Sales

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented

• Comfortable with cold calling and client engagement

• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply
