This is application engineering within that team: building the internal software that lets a global trading operation manage complex infrastructure and use it to its full potential. You'll write Python and Go on the backend, modern frontend frameworks on the UI side, and work across container orchestration, distributed messaging systems, and a mix of SQL/NoSQL and custom high-performance data stores.

The work:

• Build clean, easy-to-use software solving genuinely complex infrastructure problems
• Own the full lifecycle — requirements gathering, architecture, design, and delivery
• Work directly with end users to understand what they actually need
• Collaborate with sysadmins, network engineers, and the broader infrastructure team on critical challenges
• Operate in a fast-moving, Agile environment built on testing, shared code ownership, and rapid iteration

What you'll need:

• A sharp, analytical mind — you spot patterns and make decisions fast
• Strong Python experience, with a genuine appetite to pick up new technologies
• Solid Linux administration fundamentals
• A real commitment to clean, testable code — not just code that works
• Comfort working in a highly collaborative, low-ego Agile team
