Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily order operations and ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Supervise the entire order fulfillment process, including picking, checking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor and handle abnormal order situations, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze order operation data regularly, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager in optimizing order fulfillment processes and improving overall warehouse operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Familiar with the full e-commerce warehouse order fulfillment process, including order verification, picking, checking, packing, and shipment.
• Proficient in the operation and application of warehouse management systems such as WMS and ERP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Strong ability to handle abnormal orders and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Experience with order processing on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop is an added advantage.

Our Warehouse is located: No. 1, Jalan Jeti, Kawasan Perusahaan Batu 12, Sungai Rambai, 42500 Telok Panglima Garang, Kuala Langat, Selangor.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
