The Body & Paint Admin Intern will support the administrative and operational activities of the Body & Paint department. This internship provides exposure to automotive aftersales administration, customer service processes, insurance and repair documentation, and workshop coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining Body & Paint job files and customer records.
• Support the preparation of repair orders, quotations, invoices, and other related documents.
• Assist in updating repair status and maintaining accurate records in the system.
• Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, and insurance companies regarding repair progress and documentation.
• Assist in preparing claims documents and ensuring all required information is complete and properly filed.
• Monitor and organize incoming and outgoing documents, including insurance and warranty-related paperwork.
• Handle data entry and prepare reports as required by the department.
• Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain proper filing systems and ensure confidentiality of customer information.
• Perform other administrative duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Automotive Management, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to commit to the internship period as required by the institution.

Pay: RM500.00 per month
