A2 Automation Sdn Bhd specializes in ELV systems, ICT network infrastructure, automation, and technology solutions for industrial, commercial, government, and institutional clients. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Admin to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination of sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Assist the sales team in processing client inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments regarding orders and deliveries.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and documentation.
  • Monitor project and sales order status to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare sales reports, monthly summaries, and other administrative documents.
  • Support tender submissions and documentation when required.
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and business travel for the sales team when necessary.
  • Ensure proper filing and record keeping of sales-related documents.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in ELV, CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Networking, or Security Systems is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Punctual, disciplined, and result-oriented.
  • Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and project documentation is an added advantage.
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
