YOUR TASK

• Provide effective sales support to the team in order to drive company performance.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for sales processes and activities
• Ensure all sales administrative processes maintain high data integrity, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
• Maintain and update data in CRM and sales tools, including supporting Sales Teams on system usage and basic troubleshooting
• Support account opening (GO2) processes, including documentation checks
• Generate reports to support sales tracking and performance monitoring
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow
• Perform validation checks to ensure data accuracy and adherence to processes.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal control policies, with proper documentation maintained for audit purposes

• Preferably 2 years’ sales administration experience, logistics / transportation industry or multinational companies.
• Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines.
