We are looking for a responsible and proactive Admin Sales & Operation Executive to support daily administrative tasks while actively participating in sales activities within the development industry. This role requires a candidate who is organized, customer-focused, and target-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other sales documents.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Process and follow up on sales orders and payments.
• Actively promote company products/services and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, operations, and logistics.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales and administrative reports.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain good customer relationships.
• Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Admin / Sales / Operations role (development or property industry is an advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication and negotiation skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Target-driven, responsible, and well-organized.
