Kerja Sepenuh Masa Product Development Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di SK 8 ENGINEERING SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

-Develop new products and improve existing products based on customer requirements and market needs.

-Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems for acoustic enclosures and generator-related products.

-Prepare engineering calculations, technical specifications, and design documentation.

-Create and review 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software

-Ensure designs comply with engineering standards, customer specifications, and manufacturing requirements.

Product Validation & Testing

-Conduct product feasibility studies, prototyping, testing, and validation activities.

-Analyze test results and implement design improvements where necessary.

-Support product certification and compliance activities when required.

-Investigate product performance issues and implement corrective actions.

-Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement

-Work closely with Production and Fabrication teams to ensure products are manufacturable and cost-effective.

-Provide Design for Manufacturing (DFM) recommendations to improve fabrication, welding, assembly, and installation processes.

-Support troubleshooting of production-related engineering issues.

-Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, performance, and cost efficiency.

Project Coordination

-Monitor project timelines and engineering deliverables.

-Support customer technical discussions and design review meetings.

-Ensure engineering documentation, BOMs, and revisions are properly maintained.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Design Engineering, or a related field.

-Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Product Development, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering functions.

-Experience in sheet metal fabrication, structural fabrication, acoustic enclosures, generator packaging, or industrial equipment is highly preferred.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
