Intern - Inventory
Location: Wisma UOA 2, Kuala Lumpur
Duration: Internship (3–6 months)
Start Date: July 2026

About the Role:
We are seeking for an intern to provide crucial support for our inventory processes. This role is essential for helping the core team focus on high-level responsibilities such as reconciliation, reporting, and system-to-system checking. The intern will assist with essential tasks and help reduce data entry backlogs, particularly during peak demand periods like the Financial Audit. This role offers the opportunity to apply new ideas or analytical techniques to improve existing inventory processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who can help us maintain efficient and accurate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with stock adjustment for all countries.
• Update inventory records in the system accurately.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies when store reported.
• Support on checking GRN qty reflect in system.
• Assist in tracking inventory movements and transactions..

Technical Skills/Knowledge Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related quantitative business discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel and comfortable using digital tools
• Passionate about procurement and detail-oriented
