Tanggungjawab
- Assist golfers with registration, tee-time bookings, and check-in procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
- Manage daily operations of the golf counter and pro shop.
- Handle green fee payments, buggy rentals, and merchandise sales.
- Coordinate with marshals, starters, caddies, and golf operations staff.
- Monitor tee schedules and ensure smooth course flow.
- Assist in organizing golf tournaments, events, and corporate outings.
- Maintain inventory of golf merchandise and rental equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the pro shop and golf facilities.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding golf packages, memberships, and club facilities.
- Support golf professionals during coaching clinics and golf events.
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
