We're seeking a proactive and results-oriented Retail Leasing Executive to support leasing activities across its company portfolio. This role is ideal for candidates with strong leasing and business development experience who enjoy engaging with retailers, negotiating commercial terms, and driving occupancy growth.

Candidates with proven experience in tenant acquisition and lease negotiations will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure new tenants for retail spaces.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, brands, and business partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing opportunities.
• Manage leasing enquiries and conduct site viewings.
• Assist in negotiating tenancy agreements and lease renewals.
• Prepare leasing proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and retailer databases.
• Support tenant retention and relationship management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Property Management, Estate Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of leasing experience, preferably within retail, commercial property, or real estate sectors.
• Experience in tenant acquisition and lease negotiations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skill

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
