We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented Intern or recent graduate to join our Onboarding team in merchant onboarding, system configuration, and operational support. 

Your Day-to-Day:

• Assist in onboarding new merchants by configuring menus, products, and settings within the POS system.
• Support merchant applications and third-party integrations.
• Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure accurate and timely merchant activation.
• Create, update, and maintain user guides and technical documentation.
• Assist in troubleshooting basic POS system issues under the guidance of senior team members.
• Perform data entry, system updates, and other operational tasks as assigned.
• Support ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
