About the Role

 Tongle Group Holding Sdn Bhd is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development & Operations Intern to support daily operations, workshop coordination, client engagement, and project execution. 

This internship is suitable for individuals who enjoy both planning and hands-on execution while gaining exposure to real business operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Client Support

Support business and marketing initiatives to increase awareness of Tongle’s services

Assist with outreach, follow-ups, proposals, presentations, and client coordination

Help manage leads, tracking, and documentation

2. Idea Generation & Program Development

Contribute ideas for workshops, campaigns, and engagement activities

Support brainstorming sessions and program improvements

3. Workshop Coordination & Execution

Assist in workshop preparation, logistics, and materials

Support on-ground workshop and event execution

Manage participant registration and ensure smooth event flow

4. Operations & Administrative Support

Maintain proper documentation and organizational records

Provide updates to supervisors and support ad-hoc projects

Collaborate with team members on ongoing tasks and initiatives
