About the Job

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational backup to the sales advisory team.

  • Collaborate with advisors and banking partners to coordinate medical appointments, compile necessary paperwork, and collect required financial and KYC records.

  • Step in for advisors to interface directly with clients during medical check-ups or scheduled discussions.

  • Maintain active communication with financial institutions and clients to manage schedules, track application statuses, and ensure policy distribution.

  • Oversee the direct submission of client application files to various insurance providers.

  • Monitor case pipelines and keep advisors informed while ensuring sales data is accurately reflected in internal databases.

  • Audit client portfolios to guarantee full alignment with both internal regulatory standards and provider compliance mandates.

  • Take ownership of assigned cases from intake through finalization, including direct negotiations and follow-ups with insurance underwriters.

  • Partner with customer service teams to facilitate the timely delivery and completion of annual policy reviews.

  • Maintain daily liaison with internal illustration and inforce policy departments to manage new and active accounts.

  • Draft customized PowerPoint presentations and product comparison metrics ahead of client consultations.

Skills and Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales support or client coordination roles, preferably within wealth management or insurance sectors.

  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills for direct stakeholder management.

  • High attention to detail regarding documentation accuracy, compliance, and KYC protocols.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple pipelines, track case statuses, and meet strict deadlines.

  • Proficiency in creating client presentations and analyzing product comparisons.
