Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Operations Executive to support our daily cleaning operations. The successful candidate will coordinate manpower deployment, liaise with clients, and ensure service quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily deployment of cleaners and supervisors.
• Monitor attendance, scheduling, and manpower planning.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure service quality.
• Liaise with clients regarding operational matters and feedback.
• Prepare operational reports and documentation.
• Handle staff onboarding, training arrangements, and uniforms/equipment distribution.
• Respond to operational issues and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Preferably with experience in cleaning, facilities management, or operations coordination.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
