Job Description:
Minimize equipment (Fuji SMT and Vitronics wave soldering) downtime & ensure production meets target output & yield.
Execute effective preventive maintenance & production line support.
Provide technical support to production operation in meeting output & quality.
Work with engineers & production in continuous improvement projects.
Support in all Production/Line activities (e.g. line set-up, proto build, and line fall-out verification, calibration).
Provide first level trouble shooting & resolve production stoppages due to equipment issues.
Document & report all line stoppages due to equipment or technical issue.
Monitor machine output and ensure it meets the standard throughput.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirement:
Minimum NTC/ITC in Engineering with 1 years of relevant experience.
Ability to work well with all functions in manufacturing environment.
Forward Thinking, and able to foresee issues and solutions.
