  3. Eligibility for admission to the roll of solicitors of England and Wales.
  • Drafting agreements
  • Drafting letters
  • Drafting legal documents
  • Proof-reading
  • Carrying out legal research tasks
  • Assisting lawyers in relation to legal matters and supporting transactions
  • General administrative and legal support
  • Maintaining files and documents (digitised and physical copies)
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
