Job Description

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Plan and allocate daily tasks to warehouse staff.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and logistics providers.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and labelling of goods.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and compliance with workplace safety regulations.
• Train and guide warehouse staff on operational procedures.
• Prepare inventory and operational reports.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management processes.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Forklift or stacker operation experience will be an advantage.
