About the role
We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Loyang East Region. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial operations and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
Providing administrative support to the Accounting team
Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information
Adhering to all relevant accounting policies, procedures, and regulations
What we're looking for
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounts assistant or similar role
Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
