Position Summary

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and business development of the company. The role focuses on ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining customer relationships, driving business growth, and implementing operational strategies to enhance productivity and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning and Business Development

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve the company's growth objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to improve competitiveness and service offerings.

2. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure effective deployment of manpower and resources.
  • Establish and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Monitor project execution and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Resolve operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and site personnel to optimize productivity and efficiency.

3. Customer and Contract Management

  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns and oversee timely resolution of operational issues.
  • Participate in contract negotiations, renewals, and service enhancement initiatives.

4. Quality Assurance and Compliance

  • Ensure all cleaning services are performed according to established quality standards.
  • Monitor compliance with workplace safety requirements and industry regulations.
  • Implement quality control procedures and service performance reviews.
  • Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across all service sites.

5. Procurement and Resource Planning

  • Oversee procurement and utilization of cleaning equipment, machinery, and consumables.
  • Evaluate suppliers and coordinate procurement activities to support operational requirements.
  • Ensure optimal use of resources and inventory to support service delivery.
