Movade Innovations Pte Ltd is a growing MEP company specialising in high-end luxury retail and boutique fit-out projects across Singapore and the region. We are looking for a responsible and proactive MEP Project Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects.

The role is hands-on and site-based, involving close coordination with subcontractors, consultants, landlords, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards. This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy fast-paced project environments and are looking to grow with an expanding company.

Coordinate day-to-day site activities for MEP works including electrical, ACMV, plumbing & sanitary, ELV, sound systems, and LED display installations

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, main contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking of work progress

Attend site meetings, inspections, and coordination meetings as required

Monitor site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements

Assist in preparation and submission of shop drawings, method statements, and project documentation

Track material deliveries, manpower deployment, and site issues

Identify potential site issues early and coordinate solutions with the project team

Support project close-out activities including testing & commissioning, rectification works, and handover documentation

Carry out other project-related duties as assigned by management
