The Role
Here's what your day-to-day looks like:

• Promoting and selling insurance and protection solutions to the bank's existing customer base
• Understanding customer financial needs and matching them to the right products
• Growing and maintaining a strong client portfolio through referrals and daily interactions
• Supporting sales campaigns, roadshows, and new customer acquisition initiatives
• Keeping up with compliance and regulatory standards at all times

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:

• A Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline
• 1-3 years' experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or financial advisory (motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Relevant industry licences such as PCE, CEILLI, TBE/TBEC, FIMM, or IPPC
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• A confident, consultative approach to customer engagement
• Prior experience with priority or affluent banking clients is a plus
