Tanggungjawab
Provide attentive assistance to guests and tenants, promptly addressing their inquiries and needs.
Efficiently manage visitor registration at Main Lobby.
Maintain a continuous and professional presence in the lobby area.
Ensure a consistently neat and presentable appearance at all times.
Possess thorough knowledge of tenants, building events, and available services.
Handle guest and tenant complaints with professionalism, ensuring appropriate escalation and follow-up.
Maintain accurate records for tenant access cards and promptly address any issues related to lost cards.
Responsible for managing the security access card system and generating necessary reports.
Assist in the distribution of letters, invoices, and notices to tenants within the building.
Perform daily checklists to ensure the smooth operation and cleanliness of the Concierge and Main Lobby areas.
Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
