Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the introduction of new products into manufacturing, ensuring adherence to project timeliness and objectives.
• To leads and train engineers in manufacturing processing, customer drawings and specifications, tooling and gaging approval and quality requirements
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new products, ensuring efficiency, quality and scalability.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges in the NPI process.
• Collaborate with the quality team to establish quality standards for new products and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop documentation to support production (work instructions, flow charts, procedures, routings, product labels.
• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in the NPI process and implement appropriate changes.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary materials and components for new product manufacturing.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time by Management and Superior

Job Requirement

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical degree
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
• Able to work independently on identifying, planning, executing, reviewing and driving projects and delivering the intended results that aligning with the Company’s growth direction.
• Excellent communication and written skills

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
