Purpose of Role

To provide dedicated onsite technical support at the Client's Head Office, ensuring efficient operation, maintenance, and support of all systems and infrastructure under the contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily onsite technical support services.
• Monitor system health and operational performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents.
• Perform system maintenance and upgrades.
• Coordinate with branch personnel and vendors.
• Assist in system testing, deployment, and implementation activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and service reports.
• Support users during operational and critical business periods.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in technical support, maintenance, or system administration.

Required Skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
