Key Responsibilities:
- Lead installation, modification, upgrades, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Manage technical notices, equipment upgrades, and safety compliance requirements
- Analyze equipment performance and reliability to drive continuous improvement
- Develop strategies to improve equipment uptime and reduce downtime
- Troubleshoot production equipment issues and provide technical support
- Define and manage preventive maintenance (PM) plans and schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and quality objectives
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing equipment engineering
- Hands-on experience with:
- Corner Fill / Underfill Processes
- AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) Systems
- Barcode Reader Systems Integration & Troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing
- Knowledge of equipment automation and process optimization
- Familiarity with Reliability Engineering or TPM practices
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
