Position Overview:
We are seeking an E-commerce Platform Specialist who will take charge of managing our online presence across various e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada and our official website. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, and is ready to contribute to our success by optimizing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our presence on e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Shopify and others).
- Upload and update product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization for search and sales.
- Ensuring listings conform to branding standards
- Monitor category performance and support daily operations, and growth in sales
- Analyze sales data daily, weekly, and monthly to provide insights and recommendations.
- Manage organic traffic g on various platforms, optimizing for the best results.
- Communicate with platform partners to negotiate resources and improve business opportunities.
- Qualifications:
- Diploma in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Must be proficient in managing e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Shopify, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Independent and able to work remotely while building working relationships with colleagues & partners.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
