For the Project Manager position, we are specifically looking for candidates with strong hands-on Data Centre construction experience, a solid understanding of MEP systems, and proven involvement in managing site execution, contractor coordination, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle, from construction through testing, commissioning, and handover.

JOB SUMMARY:

Lead planning, implementation, and monitoring of all technical and regulatory requirements aspects

of the network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creates and executes project works plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing

requirements.

• Complete full project responsibility in all areas of project execution.
• Meet or exceed project goals established by Management.
• Project Scheduling, scheduling updates, schedule management and documentation.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope.
• Effectively applies Project Management methodology.
• Prepare engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Effectively manages project risk through mitigation planning.
• Subcontract administration and control management.
• Project communication, meetings and coordination.
• Determine progress claim and ensure timely and complete invoice.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
• Manage project contract issues and notices and assist the team accordingly.
• Support tender processes.
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.

SUPERVISION:

• Receives daily supervision and workload from Group Project Director.
• Receives general supervision from Group Project Director when required

Pay: RM2,996.57 - RM18,977.83 per month
