We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Admin & Operations Executive to support the daily operations of our travel agency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

This role involves providing administrative and operational support, assisting with travel-related coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support for travel agency activities
  • Handle calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally
  • Assist with flight, hotel, and travel-related bookings and coordination
  • Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Support visa applications and travel documentation processes (if required)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (airlines, vendors, clients)
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within deadlines
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent (Diploma is an advantage)
  • 1–2 years of admin or operations experience, preferably in travel or service industry
  • Good command of English and/or Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages an advantage)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service mindset and good communication skills
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
